On January 5, 2021, Jeffrey C. Schneider of Levine Kellogg Lehman Schneider + Grossman LLP was appointed to serve as Receiver by Judge Greg Griffin from the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Alabama to implement the terms of a December 2, 2020 Consent Judgment and Settlement Agreement (“Consent Judgment”) entered into by Steve Marshall, Attorney General from the State of Alabama, and The Terminix International Co., L.P. and Terminix International, Inc. (hereinafter, “Terminix”).

Pursuant to the Consent Judgment, customers of Terminix serviced in Baldwin County, Mobile County, and other areas serviced in the State of Alabama, are entitled to certain payments and/or relief.
